I can answer the above two questions with confidence after my 15 years working for high net worth clients and catering to their lifestyles. I am a bit of an all-arounder and in my past I have either a) taken care of their children, b) cleaned their toilets 3x/day and folded beautiful things into the toilet paper, c) refueled the jet skis the family loves to cruise around in, d) daintily garnished just about every morsel that was served at a meal, and e) grown with them through new properties where I gave them peace of mind that they are taken care of and I do not need them to be much involved in anything. Oh, and I have been on the phone for hours making, changing, cancelling their plans when minds change 20x. Sound about right? :)

The Structure

+Dedicated monthly hours.

+Flexible work structure tailored to your style.

+We will travel occasionally with you.

+Complete integration into your current system and staff, we love working in teams and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable with our new presence.

+Billed monthly.

+3 month trial period to build out communication styles, task list structure, and personal do’s + don’ts.

+Minimum 10 hours/month. (2.5 hrs/wk, great for: errands/returns/shopping, emails/calls, planning events, organizing maintenance, project management for properties)

+$75/hr.

+If you do not see the value, just give us a month’s notice before cancelling.

Vertical vs Horizontal Staffing Structure

+ You can either hire and manage multiple staff members as you grow and acquire new properties -or- you hire Cup of Sugar and we manage all of that for you.

  • Comprehensive support for your growing enterprise

    • Trusting COS to manage extensions of your service versus having to do that individually- keeping your life as simple and private as possible with minimal staffing, while meeting the demands of your expansion

    • COS has a team of diverse and talented ladies that you will have access to, making sure your needs are taken care of with precision.

    • For services that we do not provide in house, we will find contractors, housekeepers, private chefs or we can help onboard those you find as we already have a working system of your desires and can quickly bring them up to speed without needing much of your involvement.
